gridmap is a data mapping management platform that helps organizations manage code mappings, reference data registries, and data transformations. The Service includes features such as AI-powered mapping suggestions, database connections, delta sync, a lookup API, and access control tools.

The Service is provided as a cloud-hosted application accessible via web browser at gridmap.se.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations

Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and group memberships within their organization's account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or process data that you do not have the right to use
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Big Ant AB (Stormyran) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to and create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden.
